The EAL is seeking RDNs and NDTRs who work with patients, clients, or the public to treat children and adolescents living with type 1 diabetes, for participation in a usability test and focus group. Interested participants should email a professional resume to dhandu@eatright.org by July 15, 2024.

Guideline Implementation

The Academy's Council on Research Implementation Subcommittee has developed a new resource which aims to assist nutrition and dietetics practitioners with implementing evidence-based practice recommendations and clinical practice innovations into daily practice. The manual will: 

  • Introduce implementation-science concepts and methods to nutrition and dietetics practitioners.
  • Assist nutrition and dietetics practitioners implement evidence-based practice recommendations and clinical practice innovations into daily practice.
  • Help recognize the scale and depth that may be required for the implementation of evidence-based recommendations and clinical practice innovations into daily practice.
